Welcome to Your Self Atlas (yourselfatlas.com). By accessing and using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we offer

Your Self Atlas provides, free of charge and without sign-up, personality and self-knowledge assessments and a synthesis page (“Your Atlas”) that connects the results. The service is provided “as is” and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. The nature of the tools — please read

The assessments are tools for self-knowledge and personal development, with an educational and reflective purpose. Results are estimates, not diagnoses, and do not replace the assessment, opinion or care of health professionals. Don't make clinical, professional or health decisions based on these results alone. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional, your local emergency services or a helpline directory such as findahelpline.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

attempt to hack, overload or compromise the security of the site;
copy, scrape or reproduce the content at scale without authorization;
use the results to discriminate against, screen or evaluate people (e.g., in hiring) — the tools are not intended for that;
present the content as a diagnosis or professional opinion.

4. Intellectual property

The “Your Self Atlas” brand, the logo, the texts, the model and type names, the illustrations and the code are our own work or based on public-domain sources and open item banks (such as IPIP and O*NET), with due attribution. You may share links and your own results. Reusing the content commercially without authorization is not permitted.

5. Third-party content and ads

The site displays ads (Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results or uninterrupted availability. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Self Atlas and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the site or the interpretation of results.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

Your Self Atlas is operated from Brazil, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
